Richard is an international design director & designer with over a decade of experience. He’s worked with a wide variety of companies ranging from small businesses to large tech giants with complex product portfolios. He has a really great sense of seeing the big picture and always keeping it in mind moving towards the end goal.
With each company Richard has worked with he always tries to emphasise the human side of design. Creating great experiences, focusing on accessibility, education and sustainability. He tries to keep that same ethos for doing good in his personal life as well. He strongly believes that design and storytelling are powerful tools to create change.
Richard is comfortable working on a range of projects from designing simple websites to collaborating on large scale product portfolios with leading multiple teams & designers. Whether he’s hands on with some user journey mapping, wireframing, or crafting prototypes on his laptop, Richard always brings a quality of work and creativity that is hard to match.
With a diverse background spanning leadership roles in product experience, UX/UI design, and consultancy for global brands, Richard brings a wealth of expertise to every project, ensuring exceptional results.
Outside of work Richard finds inspiration through backpack hiking in nature, Listening to good analog music, building things out of wood, and being with his family & friends. His passion for simplicity drives him to live and work by ancient wisdoms, like 侘寂. This mindset of keeping it simple is evident in all of his work.
