When I joined Publicis Groupe Hungary, my main task was to Lead one of the Domains in the Global Pampers Loyalty program and application. This domain was the Parenting, which included useful tips & tricks, knowledge base, videos and organized articles for parents from the prenatal phase to 2 years old postpartum.

This was a challenge of create a great UX for parent who have very limited amount of time and would like to get answers fast about their parenthood and children. I worked with native iOS and Android applications, plus multiple websites. Worked on the loyalty mechanisms and aligned the incentives across the Parenting domain.

I focused on creating short informative clips (like instagram reels or youtube shorts).  Also created a series of fun educative infographics which helped the parent with their most basic questions and uncertainties. I restructured the extended content list to make it much easier to search and understand. Based on the new P&G Pampers Brand guidelines we redesigned the Applications and websites.

As most of my team members already had children, we assumed that we know more or less what we have to design, how we can help the other parents. But this was only partially true. We learnt a lot about the different cultural differences, age groups, and other factors which are highly changed our approach later to make the best experience possible for all the different groups.
